Who Is Hart Geary Wineman Koller?

Hart Koller lives and works in the Vicksburg, Mississippi area. Ms. Koller is the founder of Rescue Revolution of Mississippi, a non-profit animal rescue organization that helps place abandoned or abused animals for adoption throughout the state. When she is not advising companies on proven sales and marketing strategies, she can be found exploring her personal passions of animal rescue, travel, and adventures in the outdoors.

Education

Hart Wineman Koller was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta. After graduating from St. Joseph High School in Greenville, MS in 1996, she enrolled at Belhaven College in the Jackson metropolitan area. In 2001, Ms. Koller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She was named magna cum laude of her graduating class. 

While completing her undergraduate coursework, she volunteered for several animal rescue organizations in the Jackson area. These experiences would eventually influence her interest in creating her own animal rescue group and kindled in her a desire for caring for neglected and abused pets. 

Career Experience in Sales and Marketing

Hart Koller’s first role after graduating from Belhaven College was in an administrative support position with Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society’s International Headquarters in Jackson, MS. This organization boasts distinguished alumni like Dr. Jeane Kirkpatrick and Dr. Sylvia Earle. 

In 2005, she transitioned to outside sales, working for Oce’ Imagistics and Toshiba Business Solutions in their sales departments. In 2009, after volunteering at the Madison Ark animal rescue organization for several years, she was asked to become the Ark Shelter Manager, a role she flourished in. She continued her position at the Madison Ark until 2014, when she reentered the sales field as a Sales Solution Advocate for CSpire. She began to collect awards and recognition for her sales practices, including top monthly and quarterly sales representative awards and the company’s Presidential Award recipient in 2019. 

In 2020, a new chapter of Hart Geary Wineman Koller‘s career began when she was accepted to the position of Marketing Consultant for the Vicksburg Post, a local news outlet with a history spanning more than a century. 

Animal Rescue Work

Hart Koller’s experiences in volunteering with animal rescue groups and her work at the Madison Ark strongly influenced her interests. In 2014, she founded Rescue Revolution of MS. This organization helps neglected and abused animals find caring homes in Mississippi and neighboring states. Hart continues to be active with the organization; currently, she volunteers as Vice President of the group’s Board of Directors.
